Inspired by the great Marlene Dietrich’s cabaret style, and opera’s general love of women in pants, we cross the gender roles in opera and song bringing you music written for women in male roles and songs traditionally sung by men, sung by women! Featuring the music of Korngold, Strauss, Weill, Handel, Mozart, and more. This is a show that will keep coming back for more, with endless possibilities for repertoire to explore. It’s a cabaret night of opera as you’ve never experienced before.
